When can I start the program?
After 12 weeks of pregnancy, with youor doctor's clearance.
When can I exercise post-birth?
From 6-weeks (vaginal) or 8-weeks (cesarean), once medically cleared.
Do I need a pelvic floor assessment?
Not necessary, however highly recommended to tailor your program and support recovery or prevention of issues like incontinence and pelvic instability.
